1. Nature of the Service

The Service provides access to artificial intelligence–generated personas, characters, and interactive experiences (collectively, "AI Personas") for entertainment, creative expression, and entertainment purposes only.

AI Personas are synthetic, algorithmically generated entities. They do not represent real individuals. Any resemblance to real persons, living or deceased, is coincidental or generated for creative purposes.

2. AI Disclosure and User Acknowledgment

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI Personas are not real people.
• AI Personas are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any individual, public figure, organization, brand, or entity unless expressly disclosed.
• Content generated by AI Personas may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or fabricated.
• You will not rely on AI-generated content as professional advice (including legal, medical, financial, or regulatory advice).
• The Service is intended for entertainment, storytelling, and creative interaction.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Impersonate any real person or misrepresent affiliation with any individual or entity.
• Create AI Personas designed to confuse users into believing they are real individuals.
• Use real names, likenesses, voices, or identifying attributes without authorization.
• Defame, harass, or harm real persons.
• Generate content that violates applicable law or third-party rights, including intellectual property or publicity rights.
• Use the Service for fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these restrictions. We may restrict or modify personas that create confusion or legal risk.

4. Content Responsibility

• AI-generated content is automatically produced.
• The Company does not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content.
• You are solely responsible for how you use or interpret AI-generated outputs.

The Company disclaims liability for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

5. Data Privacy and LLM Provider Disclosure

By submitting content to the Service, you acknowledge that your inputs, prompts, and messages may be transmitted to third-party large language model (LLM) providers and related infrastructure partners in order to generate responses.

Do not submit sensitive or confidential information, including but not limited to:

Personal sensitive information

• Passwords, authentication tokens, and recovery codes
• Social Security numbers and government ID numbers
• Credit card numbers, bank account numbers, and tax identification numbers
• Passport numbers and driver’s license numbers
• Private API keys, cryptocurrency private keys, and encryption keys
• Home addresses, personal phone numbers, and personal email addresses
• Precise GPS coordinates
• Medical diagnoses, prescription information, medical test results, and health insurance numbers
• Biometric data, fingerprints, facial recognition templates, and genetic or DNA information
• Date of birth when combined with other identifying details
• Salary and financial records, tax returns, and criminal records
• Private messages or correspondence
• Security questions and answers

Business-related sensitive information

• Customer lists, contact databases, and customer payment information
• Employee Social Security or tax numbers and employee payroll and compensation data
• Bank account and treasury information, financial statements before public release
• Revenue, profit, and cash-flow forecasts
• Pricing strategies and unpublished price lists
• Sales pipeline and deal information
• Contracts, confidential agreements, and merger and acquisition plans
• Trade secrets, proprietary algorithms, source code, and unreleased software
• API keys, credentials, encryption keys, and certificates
• Internal passwords and authentication tokens
• Network architecture and security configurations
• Vulnerability reports, penetration-test results, and incident-response reports
• Product roadmaps and unreleased product plans
• Research and development data, manufacturing processes, and formulas
• Supplier pricing and procurement terms
• Strategic plans and board materials
• Legal advice, attorney-client communications, litigation strategy, and investigation records
• Intellectual property filings before publication
• Nonpublic personal information about customers or employees
• Confidential internal communications

The Company is not responsible for any disclosure, misuse, or retention of sensitive or confidential information you choose to submit. You submit content at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, interface design, and underlying technology, is owned by the Company and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain rights to content you submit, subject to the license granted below. By submitting content, you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for operating and improving the Service.

7. Right of Publicity and Endorsement Disclaimer

The Service does not claim endorsement, sponsorship, or approval by any real individual, public figure, or organization. Any similarity between AI Personas and real individuals is unintentional. Users may not use the Service to imply real-world affiliation, endorsement, or partnership.

8. Safety and Moderation

We may implement automated systems and human review to detect impersonation, prevent harmful content, enforce identity safeguards, and comply with legal obligations. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access at our discretion to protect users and the integrity of the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable laws, or your infringement of third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms, legal risk, or operational necessity. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
